Connect Your Slack Workspace
Authorize Gately to access your Slack workspace.

Choose Your Channel
Select the channel where you want to receive notifications.

Choose the events you want to be notified about.
Setup Instructions
Step 1: Connect Your Slack Workspace
- Go to https://app.usegately.com/dashboard/settings/integrations
- Select Slack from the list of integrations
- Click Connect and follow the prompts to authorize Gately to access your Slack workspace.
Step 2: Choose Your Channel
- Once connected, you will be redirected back to the Gately dashboard.
- Select the Slack channel where you want to receive notifications.
- You can choose a public or private channel.
Step 3: Configure Your Notifications
- Choose the events you want to be notified about:
- New form submissions
- New member signups
- New helpdesk tickets
- New helpdesk messages
- After configuring your settings, click Enable Integration.
You can set up multiple Slack integrations to send different notifications to different channels.
